Co-Founder
Abhishake Chhibber brings over 20 years of experience in the biopharma industry, with leadership roles spanning strategy, finance, and corporate development at BioNTech SE and AstraZeneca. His expertise includes strategic planning, corporate strategy, portfolio management, company building, fundraising, and venture formation.
Thomas Axel Haag, PhD, JD
Co-Founder
Dr. Haag brings over 25 years of experience in biotechnology, intellectual property, and executive leadership. He has served as CEO of AexeRNA Therapeutics (acquired by BioNTech) and PhosImmune (acquired by Agenus), and previously worked as General Counsel for Arrowhead Research Corporation. His dual expertise in science and law shapes Linden Lake Labs’ operator-first, IP-strong approach to biotech company building.
Maria Maebius, JD
Director of Operations
With a career spanning more than 25 years across legal and operational leadership, Maria has served as General Counsel and COO at firms including WilmerHale, Seyfarth, and Fanelli Haag. Her J.D. from The George Washington University and B.S. in Biology from The Ohio State University reflect a scientific and legal foundation that brings operational and structural rigor to early-stage biotech company building.
